These programs may teach you something but the main characteristic of these courses is that they are expensive. Each program costs thousands of dollars and much of what it has to sell is pure fluff. One such major company is 4X Made Easy. This company offers software, newsletters, and training courses for foreign exchange traders. The software is sold at about $3,000 and each sale comes with ample advice to join their newsletter service and take some training classes.
