Ted and Doris Isaacson founded Servpro Industries, Inc. The company is based in Sacramento, CA and provides cleanup and restoration services. The promoters dream of turning it into a largest cleaning and restoration company in the USA.
Right from its establishment in 1964, the company has been providing quality service to their clients.
Servpro started as a painting company and ultimately became leading franchiser in the cleanup and restoration field. They started giving franchise rights in 1969. In fact, they got so overwhelming response from franchising their business that they had to move to a 282,000 sq. feet building at 607 Ludwick St., Greenburg.
In 1988, to reach a large number of customers, Servpro shifted its headquarters from Sacramento to Gallatin, TN. Then, the company had 647 franchises. The company continued to expand its franchise base to reach out to more and more customers and by the year 2000, it had 1,000 franchises.
Servpro sold 100 franchises in 2002 and set up a new record. Due to the high-level of service, they provided to their customers, franchising publications put Servpro in high rankings.
To meet the needs of expanding business in 2005 Servpro began operating from a new 160,000 sq. ft. building.
