ProgramCritique.com Review:

An angel investor or a business angel is a wealthy individual who provides capital, experience and business skills for young businesses, and usually in exchange for ownership equity. The investments made are informal, and angel investors often organize themselves into angel groups or angel networks to share research and pool their own investment capital.

HELLO MY NAME IS JOHN C SBICCA, THE OWNER OF PROGRAMCRITIQUE, USING MY 26 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF BEING SELF-EMPLOYED I AM CREATING MILLIONNAIRES AND MULTI-MILLIONNAIRES. I AM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO ACHIEVE FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE. FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT ARE 100% SERIOUS AND WANT TO QUALIFY TO BE INVITED IN TO MY MASTER MIND GROUP THEN STOP EVERYTHING THAT YOU ARE DOING AND CALL ME DIRECTLY AT 760-931-4770. PLEASE CALL ME IF YOU ARE READY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE! YOU WILL BE GLAD THAT YOU DID!

These investors are called angels because it is perceived that they save loss-making firms with both finance and expertise when no one else will. Angel investments bear very high risk, and therefore need a very high return on investment. Sourcing of funds from them can be expensive, but cheaper options like bank financing are not available for most early stage ventures. They are often retired business owners or executives, who can train young entrepreneurs and learn new market technologies from them. They can give valuable management advice and provide important contacts.

The leading players in the field are the Angel Capital Association, the Angel Capital Educational Foundation, formed under the auspices of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, bring together over one hundred most active angel groups in the United States.

An unofficial figure states that about thousands of US companies received angel funding in 2005, and on an average, each raised about $500,000. High-tech companies secured the maximum funding, and the single biggest category within high tech was software.

Some of the advantages are - younger individuals are given the opportunity to invest in somebody else's good idea and work with them to build up a business, rather individually look for funding to run it alone. The consultants involved are those who have an investment in the greater rewards from the results of their work, not just fees for service. There is a feeling of community and mutual action that is generated among companies who have created surplus money through their own diligence, and then seek to invest their systems, contacts, money and time to help another company achieve growth.

The right blend of people, capital business venture, and skill gives a greater chance to, not only succeed, but also exceed expectations.
