Many Internet marketers think it to be necessary to keep improving their existing website for their business success. However, one should remember that experimenting too much on a good website could ultimately result in a disaster. Because many times there would be nothing to improve. In such an advantageous situation, you can think of creating your own competition by designing a new website in similar lines.

If you already have a successful website, it is advisable to design another with a similar product or service on it. A new website would give the feel of a different company, while it would actually be of the same company and same owner. By creating one more website, you increase the odds of reaching out to the entire audience of your target market.

A marketer can have several websites that look different and appear to be different companies. Then he or she can link all the websites to each other. It would serve two purposes.

First, the linking would increase hits on search engines. Search engines give more importance to a website when it has link with other popular websites in the same industry.

Creating Competition by designing different websites also increases the possibility of a prospect buying products or services from you. The prospect would buy something from one or the other website. Another advantage of having competing websites is that they all can share the same secure order page. It would reduce many hassles.

Each of the competing websites should use slightly different sales approaches while presenting the products or services. Different kinds of people need different approaches. Having several competing websites for your products and services is like having a big net to catch fishes of all sizes.
