Integris engages in network marketing of its popular products. Network marketing is a booming business, which offers people an independent means to a thriving and successful future. Currently it operates only in the United States. The company has been hugely successful since its products cater to the needs of an ever-increasing segment of the aging population. The difference is that the population has the spending power and the desire to look younger and prolong aging. Therefore, they represent a ready market for the company’s products.

Integris offers a number of products for this market segment. The most popular product is Life Solubles Complex super-food made from rice and containing more than seventy antioxidants. Life Solubles, consists of an ingredient RiSoTrene that lowers the glycocemic indexes, lowers cholesterol and prevent symptoms associated with these diseases.  It has been highly recommended by the Diabetes Resource Center. Another product is Kona Gold. This is made from sea vegetation harvested off the Kona Coast of Hawaii. Vicopol HM is a product used for weight loss .Its main ingredient creates an illusory feeling of fullness. Paragon System is useful in cleaning parasites. The product range includes other items for enzyme production, liver function and cleansing, heart health anti-aging, and skin care.

Integris uses leadership bonuses and the compensation plan is a single-level pay plan, which pays 7% on levels 1-5, and 3% on level 6.  The advantage of this system is that anyone above the age of eighteen can become a distributor. One does not need to keep a stock of supplements nor does one require specialized knowledge or the help of a nutritionist to sell these products. The product range has just seven items titled Essential7, comprising enzymes, co-enzymes co-factors, essential oils, protein (trace minerals), fiber and Probiotics.

The shortcomings of this system are that the company is not widely known. The products are not FDA certified and their credibility will be suspect among the target market.
