The President of Integrity Home Buyers, Inc. and the owner of Colby Properties, LLC., E. Alan Cowgill is a full-time Real Estate Investor. Alan Cowgill ventured into the real estate business after serving for 17 years in another field. The first difficulty he faced was finance. Banks were not ready to lend him so he went for the private investors. Alan made a difference from other real estate investors.  He made a point that dearth of cash could never hamper his business.

Alan Cowgill offers his courses about the real estate business and suggests strategies for running it successfully. Many people have found his materials informative and helpful. He equips you with different tools such as letters, magic words forms and scripts that could enable you to procure private money. However, Alan Cowgill’s strategies are not without shortcomings. His offers violate the Federal securities registration directly. If anyhow, his strategies fail and his investor goes against him, he can be in a big trouble. He charges $1,000 for his offered course, which many find cumbersome. People have other cheaper alternatives as well. While opinions vary, there is no harm in checking the value of the program.
