Cliff Enz of Morrisville had a web site at buysestates.com. This was a web site dealing in foreclosure, quick cash for real estate mechanics, bequests, tax liens, divorce, fire or flood damaged property.

Cliff Enz has once interacted with John T Reed and had taken the free copy of Reed’s annual update booklet. However, Cliff superseded all basic ethics and printed a major portion of the content of John’s booklet as his own in his web site.

Cliff had copied the guru portion of Reed’s web site including his copyrighted article, B.S. Detection Checklist. After a few changes here and there, Cliff Enz presented everything as his own and outrightly mentioned it to be Cliff’s copyright. However, Cliff Enz’s web site is unavailable since 25 June 2003.
