David Del Dotto was initially a Modesto sheet rocker doing info commercials featuring him on Hawaiian beaches. David used to sell several courses on real estate investing most of which were misrepresentations. His firm was Affordable Housing, Inc. He posed as a broker without any real estate license. He was constantly violating U.S. District court orders. David Del Dotto’s firm is now bankrupt and facing many charges of violations and frequent enforcement actions by Federal Trade Commission and Insurance Commissioner of Hawaii.

David Del Dotto conducted many real estate seminars and misled attendees by providing wrong information. David asserted that customers could buy houses with nothing down and bad credit. You could easily get a free title house by paying back taxes of just around $500. His further claims were that all his customers made huge profits by following his system of real estate investments. David Del Dotto advocates increasing value of your house by more than $50,000 by carpeting floors and painting. In all, David charges exorbitant fees for worthless, unethical, and outdated information.

Most of David Del Dotto’s info commercials list under Questionable info commercials of The Wisconsin State Bureau of Consumer Protection Guide. David has filed for bankruptcy of his firm. He is again into television, selling some different and unrelated products. David does not have expertise in projecting his real estate investing courses. In one of his home-study courses, he teaches about Farmers Home Administration loans. Non-farmer can take advantage of this loan by projecting themselves as farmers, etc. David Del Dotto however, does not refrain from mentioning farmer obligation. Instead proclaims that if you are not a farmer, you can get a farmer to front you. Such claims in loan dealings need projection subtlety and not put blatantly. This highlights David’s incapacity to market his courses.

David Del Dotto’s info commercial was Cash Flow System. He has authored a book - How to Make Nothing but Money and Hidden Opportunities for Wealth. David can no longer advertise any info commercials. He has to pay redressal to consumers for supplying wrong and unethical information through his books and tapes according to instructions of federal courts and Federal Trade Commission.
