Dwan Bent Twyford is famous for authoring many books on the real estate investments, foreclosures, short sales and marketing. Life had not been easy for Dwan Bent Twyford when she started as a real estate investor. She was a single parent in a financial crunch situation and was not ready to leave her baby to daycare in return of the big chunk of her salary. All the constraints led her to choose any promising avenue that could flush her in huge profits and real estate investment came as the perfect answer for her.

Dwan Bent Twyford’s first deal was an encouraging experience for her to go deeper into the real estate bandwagon as she earned $20,000 from it. Since then there is no looking back for her. She bought a house in a tattered position, did all the rehabilitation work on her work, and then finally sold it out to earn big profit. Dwan Bent Twyford has served as the Vice President of 32 West Financial Group, Inc. The company deals in wholesaling of the real estate properties. She has worked for Florida Real Estate Investors' Association, a monthly investors club in South Florida. Apart from this, she has also served as the President of Financial Freedom Through Foreclosures, Inc. that teaches 5-day boot camps to investors.

However, on the downside many readers have complained that the books offered by her are vague and do not have any solid information. Her course does not inform you how to tackle with various hurdles or how to follow a systematic procedure. Instead, it gives hazy information on the real estate investments. There is text only on one side of the page and $700 for the book is not worth the money paid.
