Elmer Diaz is a well-known name in the real estate investing since 1980s. During that period, he accumulated large profits through selling, managing and repairing hundreds of properties ranging from single-family to multifamily apartments. However, late eighties was the period of recession due to stagnation in the oil industries and was not the good time for his business. However, by the end of 1996 the company’s fortune turned around and acquired in 600 units, 18 associates, 24 employees and 13 different other businesses dealing with other parts of real estate like construction company, mortgage company, etc. 

Elmer Diaz also conducts his workshops and seminars to teach people a few worthwhile tips on real estate investing. He has worked as a board of director in many organizations like the Brazos Valley Real Estate Investors Association, National Real Estate Investors Association. Besides this, he has also come on television advising you on economics and real estate. Unlike other real investment gurus Elmer Diaz is more specific to the topic and gives knowledge on three most promising ways to finding ways, three effective ways of inspecting, what should be rehabilitated or not, seven steps for buying properties, how to earn a steady and reliable income, etc.

However, the organization National Real Estate Investors Association, to which Elmer claims to be the President, is hardly heard off. Online search says that it is for institutional real estate investors only. Besides this, he is also a strong advocator of asset protection.

Elmer Diaz decided to switch on to the job of real estate investing when they were managing hundreds of units but in losses. It was after the two years of sabbatical that he came back to make a beginning in the real estate world and since then there is no looking back by this prolific investor.
