Jordan Publishing offers database of foreclosing or foreclosed properties with bank contacts at Foreclosure Leads website. You can run a free search to get their listings. This search yields doubtful results. However, if you want to confirm details, you need to become a member of Foreclosure Leads by paying membership fees of three to four hundred dollars, which are nonrefundable. This allows you to run their actual search and know results of such search.

It is best not to pay any such membership fees at Foreclosure Leads, as their information is useless. Most of their results are duplicates of earlier findings and do not offer any fresh summaries. There is no owner’s name, delinquency information, or any mailing address information on most of the properties. Although their free search yields larger results, they are all fake ones as results through membership search reveals only one or two properties. They offer the same sold list of government REO and bank data.

Jordan Publishing often sends huge junk mails to your mailboxes. Jordan Publishing is into various other scams involving Foreclosure World and Foreclosure Leads. Company doe not follow any business ethics and are out only to dupe people of their money. The company must have licenses for their existence and that is the reason they are still around despite receiving a refrain order from California Department of Real Estate.
