Fortune 21 is real estate investment information that does not have a positive feedback. Complaints have cropped up against its two reputed speakers. The complainant named David Michael Smith pointed out about Bob Thornton and one of his colleagues John. His dissatisfaction was from all corners. He was unhappy with the information rendered to him apart from the breach of trust concerning the refund of seminar fee. He sought to get his seminar fee ($1,600) refunded but received straight denial in its place. Besides, they rejected the deals he brought, on the ground that they did not meet the standards required. 

Mr. Thornton has a different story to narrate. Thornton says that he and his partner are independent contractors and they have no authority to decide anything on behalf of the organization. Stating his mission Thornton comments that his work was to educate the seminaries rather than getting into any transactions. 

Another client feels that opting for Fortune 21 was a sheer mistake and thinks that the strong recommendation of Success Magazine was its prime cause. He finds the program offered to be more motivational rather than informational. He was annoyed by the fact that the three days seminar mainly focused on selling different services such as a property evaluation, management program or other mentor programs. The real trouble brewed after purchasing a program supposed to be created by a company named DAS. He tried hard to make it workable but it was of no avail. Further, trying to get back the money from Fortune 21 aggravated his plight without any fruitful result.

The next thing he could think of was to complain about the program to Success Magazine that so strongly recommended the seminars. After a few false assurances, he realized that trying for anything positive was worthless. Such experiences greatly stress that taking up any program of Fortune 21 is destined to have disappointing outcome.
