Gary DiGrazia has put all his ideas and methods of dealing with probate real estate investing into his book, Diamond Farming. It guides you to earn thousands by selling, listing, or buying probates as an agent, investor, or both. Since 1992, Gary has been selling his real estate investing system all over the country and in and the too.
Gary DiGrazia was a regular speaker at many seminars before 1992. He gave a good speech at John Beck Seminars for Investors and later John wrote a chapter about Gary and his methods of real estate dealings in his book - Real Estate Deals which Make Sense. However, the number of seminars by Gary is fast decreasing, as he is busier buying and selling probates. He speaks at only a few investment clubs. Gary has given many interviews to different media agencies like Inter City Express Legal News, the Contra Costa Times, and held different radio shows detailing his diamond farming methods and technicalities. These methodologies work fine for the entire , though you need to adapt it to the law of your state.
In reality, probate is a much-unknown part of real estate investing. Gary DiGrazia has done full justice to all sections of probate real estate investing in Diamond Farming. He has discussed all aspects of probate investing in detail, derived from his varied and vast experience in this field. This book is a systematic guide to your attempts at probate real estate investments.
Probate real estate investing is a difficult option and it requires a lot of zeal, power, perseverance, and drive to carry on with it. It does not repay quick or in bulk amounts. You need to be patient enough for the scheme to settle, work and yield results for you. You really need to work hard to locate, track, and then settle deals. The main hitch lies in accurately locating lucrative real estate deals. Different investment techniques, as detailed in Gary’s Diamond Farming are useful for listing purposes by real estate agents. You can also earn commissions by listing real estate deals through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This helps you to earn on probates, which you cannot buy, as a necessary discount level is not available. Hence, both investors and agents benefit from the real estate investment techniques of Diamond Farming.
I am a real estate investor and all I can tell you is that you need to develop a network of people that you work with who can make you strong where you are weak. If you are being mentored by another individual or group or have gone thru course after course and have tried to succeed but are finding it difficult give me a call at 760-931-4770 or e-mail me at John@jcsbicca.com and I will discuss with you my program. I have money available for gap financing and fix up so that you can succeed. I already have 40 students that I am helping. These are not my students but another company that specializes in mentoring. My capacity is limited so I am very selective. So contact me to see if you qualify.
