Real estate business is a tricky one and many take its undue advantage by promising a worthwhile course on the topic. H. Roger Neal deals with rehabbing Junkers and fast flips in his books and courses. His works and courses are contentious about their utility. Summarizing his "fast-flip" course a buyer comments that it is not a course. He purchased the course for $34.95 with a money-back guarantee on it. Soon he found that the two CDs provided to him lacked any relevant information. Further, there were many repetitions in the text. When he tried to get the money back, he was refused the refund.

Experiences vary and some find Roger’s materials workable. Another buyer has a different story to tell. He found Roger and his staff helpful in motivating and showing him the right path. According to him, the techniques taught were simple and effective. He figured Roger a great help as a mentor who himself trained the beginners at his workshop. Another buyer finds Roger’s coaching program great. He found the course satisfactory and Roger’s involvement in imparting the material appreciable. The coaching also provided him with real estate information not present in the material. Another most remarkable feature of the program was, while he bought an 8-session program the coach gave him about 15 sessions and even assured for further help.

Mr. Mel Feller is the coach of Roger’s course and his contribution to coaching is noteworthy. He and Mr. Roger combine direct response marketing, research, proactive marketing and real estate investing in a single course to help novices and struggling real estate investors. Despite the material Roger offers, some are still not convinced with the effectiveness of his course. They find the course lacking in informative substances and more so, a history of how Roger evolved as a real estate investor from a property owner. When opinions vary, a closer analysis becomes necessary before taking up the course.
