Jim Banks is trying to popularize probate investing through various free seminars held all over . He conducts four to six workshops twice a year for around fifty students at different places in a city. He assures you that the students benefit largely through such workshops and he gives personal attention to each one of them. He also introduces probate investing through J.G. Banks Institute, which conducts classes to probe deeper into probate investing. Some people find his courses to be useful and attend his courses regularly. 

Jim Banks, however, now charges $6,000 for his seminar. He claims that he has many satisfied and happy clients. However, he never divulges their phone numbers or names. His real estate courses have no depth and are useless. There are no special techniques or tricks for acquiring real estate. He only talks about the normal procedure for securing any properties.
