Larry Pino is a successful entrepreneur and a born communicator. Pino, a Florida lawyer, conducted traveling seminars in the 1980s and 1990s on how to make money in the cash flow business by buying, selling and brokering financial debt instruments. He has elaborated about this business in his book "Cash In On Cash Flow". He has written several other books including “Self-Employment and the Private Mortgage Industry”, “Self-Employment and the Cash Flow Industry”, and “Self-Employment and the Factoring Industry”. Pino has transacted stock, real estate, and investment ventures worth over $100 million in the past 20 years.
Larry Pino is currently working as the CEO of Dynetech Corporation. He provides hands-on operational guidance and strategies to 12 subsidiary companies and dozens of partner-clients. Pino has started, operated, managed, and developed more than 45 successful business ventures. The foundation of the American Cash Flow Corporation is one of his most illustrious ventures. This corporation has trained thousands of people about the Cash Flow industry.
Larry Pino has spoken to over one million people in his seminars in different places world over. He also appeared on more than 140 television and radio stations as a guest. Inc. Magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine are among many of the organizations where he lectured on the financial circuit. Currently, he is presenting his seminar on Transforming Your Enterprise. Here, Pino shares his own experiences of making changes to his company to fit into the Next Economy.
Larry Pino teamed up with some wrong people early on in his career. He did lectures for Charles J. Givens Jr. and Dave Del Dotto. Both these men had records of financial irregularities. The Florida Bar Association reprimanded Larry Pino in 1988 for misusing an investor's funds.
Larry Pino fell further in trouble when an undercover reporter for the Washington Post busted his false promises to lure investors. Pino started selling cash flow boot camps for around $6000 through his company Diversified Cash Flow Institute (DCFI). It promised to teach “three easy steps” to change life. However, the Washington Post reporter revealed that these steps were not quick or easy. In fact, investors were $6,000 poorer a few months after the boot camp.
In 1996, the state of Tennessee found the Diversified Cash Flow Institute guilty of violating the consumer protection act. It accused the company of using earnings claims that were not representative. It was also making misleading statements about the value or cost of its training program.
I am a real estate investor and all I can tell you is that you need to develop a network of people that you work with who can make you strong where you are weak. If you are being mentored by another individual or group or have gone thru course after course and have tried to succeed but are finding it difficult give me a call at 760-931-4770 or e-mail me at John@jcsbicca.com and I will discuss with you my program. I have money available for gap financing and fix up so that you can succeed. I already have 40 students that I am helping. These are not my students but another company that specializes in mentoring. My capacity is limited so I am very selective. So contact me to see if you qualify.
