Charlie France is an excellent real estate investor. She works with her husband, Randy France. Although they started real estate investing from 1993, they plunged head on only from 1995 after attending a Ron LeGrand boot camp. They bought and rehabilitated many houses. Randy and Charlie France with Bob Meister directs you to take over payments on somebody else’s house. This is technique of buying home subject to existing financing. After buying the home, you sell it on a specific agreement - Rent to Own or Lease with Option to Purchase. This way you are able to get somebody willing to buy the home and paying higher than normal rent. The only limitation for this concept is that it yields best results if property is in an area with high-income people. Normally, people with lower income reside in houses with cheaper rentals and hence, do not venture to buy such costly homes.

The book - Slam Dunk Deals dwells on ways of getting leads, which make the sellers give away their homes to you. You get a CD with the manual in PDF format. You can view it on your PC as also different letters, reports and contracts, which are in MS Word format. The Charlie Negotiates course is informative.

Randy and Charlie France and Bob Meister often talk to their clients and advise them on various ways to adopt for procuring a home with subject to conditions. Although they charge large sums for teaching these particular techniques, charges are worth the amount. All their study courses yield good results. There are a few limitations of their course materials and techniques. They highly recommend using flyers and signs for marketing your services. You might need to use services of flyer distribution companies to enable flyers to cover vast regions. Such flyer distribution companies operate only through big towns and people living in smaller towns need to shell out extra money on availing these services. Hence, operational costs increase, which you need to get them back from your sale deeds.
