Hall is an excellent speaker, author, trainer, and business developer. She has helped her clients amass more than $2 billion in revenues in the last decade. During the period, her company has worked with more than 800 different client projects. Their projects included several multibillion dollar international organizations in different sectors including - oil, gas, utilities, healthcare and technology. Some of their clients are - IBM, DuPont, Shell, and Stewart & Stevenson.

Hall chairs the boards of several international organizations. Besides, she helps develop new boards.
