Dr. Ken Robinson is a creative education specialist of international repute. He is a Professor Emeritus of the University Of Warwick, England. Her Majesty the Queen honored him with the award of Knight Bachelor in 2003. This recognition came to him for his achievements as a writer, speaker, and change agent in education and the arts.
He was born in Liverpool, in 1950 and he lives in Los Angeles now. He received his PhD from the University of London in 1981 for research into drama and theater in education.
Ken Robinson has gained international fame as an advocate on the importance of the arts and creativity in education. His research on education and creativity has significant impact in places including and . He served as an adviser to the respective governments in these two places. He has also worked with several American organizations. Ken started working with the J. Paul Getty Trust more than a decade ago, where he is currently working as the Senior Adviser to the President, Education.
Ken Robinson opines that a new conception of creativity and human resources hold the key to future success for all organizations. He stresses on understanding the depths of creative capacities for companies to succeed. He teaches companies to adopt management styles that encourage innovations.

He has served many other national and international organizations in various capacities. Those include the Arts Council of Great Britain, the Royal Shakespeare Company, the New York International Arts Festival, and the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation.
