Struggling daily to manage a periodical and debilitating medical condition known as clinical depression makes me the perfect target viewer of Mr. Trudeau's infomercial. Typically, I look at both sides of the medical care "coin" if you will, due to the fact that, I continue to build a strategy and gather information on how to live a healthier lifestyle, be productive, and manage this condition at the same time which frankly, can be insidiously paralyzing and destructive.
First hand, I have witnessed conventional medicine to be highly compromised. We have a "pseudo" insurance system for so-called comprehensive medical care which in fact limits care, thus failing to provide successful treatment. Many physicians do not or will not keep up with continued advances or strategies regarding alternative/complimentive approaches when practicing their discipline due to the fact that they are overwhelmed, and over-regulated.
Therefore, due to these weak links in our medical care, someone like Kevin Trudeau enters the stage. Upon reviewing Trudeau's book, one discovers quickly that he fails dismally to make a good argument at best. The lack of knowledge about nutrition by many of our professionals, for example, only provides an opportunity for Kevin Trudeau, to easily set up the perfect and clever trap to entice the buyer with rhetoric that parrots current medical vernacular and research, but he fails dismally to back up and academically provide the intrinsic knowledge needed for the patient/consumer on the how's and why's with his baseless and numerous declarations.
Mr. Trudeau's state of mind sadly, benefits from one's debit card instead of knowing he has truly helped people. He is much like many facets of the "system" that he combats. I do want to say there are capable, intelligent, ethical, caring providers out there in our nation. I was lucky to find them, both conventional and non conventional, otherwise I could not produce this letter! Don't give up hope to all of you out there.
