Review Title::
Michael Parness Trend Fund Uses High Pressure Tactics.
Rating:
1 Star (or Unacceptable).
Review:
I subscribed to a trading magazine unrelated to Trend Trading To Win. I was solicited by a salesman who in my opinion was deceptive and a fraud. He said I could invest $5,500 if I "qualified." Meaning if my credit card was good enough to absorb a $5,500 charge. I recently graduated from college and was in debt for college loans totaling approximately $20,000 which were totally ignored by Trend.

Michael Parness' company sales pitch is a "get rich fast and easy" and preys on inexperienced people who fall for their line of b/s because they need the money to pay off college loans. After substantial misleading information and sales pressure I fell for their line and signed up for the course.

Shortly after, I realized it was huge mistake, I requested a refund for a product I NEVER USED. They refused to refund any money and "hung their hat on, you signed a contract." Much like Credit Card and Mortgage companies who are involved in Predatory Lending practices currently under scrutiny by Congress. Selling to people who cannot afford to make the payments on money loaned with their credit cards.

In this case, I realized shortly after my commitment I couldn't afford this program at this time but Trade to Win could care less. They sent me a letter stating they were interested in "customer satisfaction" which is a total fraud. They are interested in a "customer's money." They are totally insecure with themselves if they can't refund a customer who hasn't used their product and doesn't want to use it but paid for it by making a bad decision based on "high sales pressure" tactics.

I make no bones about it, I should never have committed to an organization in my opinion is a total fraud.
