I am now 48. At the age of about 26, I became partially disabled with an odd form of arthritis. Even though this strain of arthritis only affected me when I did strenuous physical work, I used it as an excuse to do very little with my life, and gradually became accustomed to the mediocrity that grew and grew on me.
I spent most of the next 18 years doing very little in the way of physical work, and about 12 years of that time, I’d spent on welfare doing nothing more than feeling sorry for myself. One day, at about age 35, I was watching PBS, and encountered a man by the name of Les Brown – who –got me interested in being somebody.
I didn’t really get anywhere at that time though, because the ‘how’ to do it wasn’t something that was offered. Then finally, about 3 years ago, I stumbled on Anthony Robbins work. Long story short, I spent the past 3 years making up for the 19 years prior.
In these past 3 years, I owe most of my turn around to methods that I’ve learned from Anthony Robbins, and people he has pointed out to me in his taped interviews, and I must categorically say that I was a bit of a skeptic, because although Mr. Les Brown was able to make me realize I wasn’t happy with who I was, it was primarily Tony Robbins that has shown me HOW to get on top.
Through his work I set my goals, and have been on track for 3 years now, and expect to complete my first 7 figure income by September of this year, with hope and goals of doubling that by Nov 2006. I will let you know how that goes. Tony Robbins got me on track.
Yes, I say to the nay-sayers – you are right! There isn’t anything in the seminars we don’t do (very rarely for some) in our families or in our every day lives – but to get it put in order, and to have it systematized so that it makes sense DAILY – That takes a program.
