Write to the editorial team at [email protected]. The address is read by the people who write the articles, and answers take two to three days.
What is worth writing about
- A correction. A price that has moved, a specification we got wrong, a model that was discontinued, a fault that a firmware update has since fixed. Please include the URL of the piece.
- A disagreement. If you have used the thing we judged and our verdict does not match your experience, that is worth more to us than agreement. Tell us what you used it for and for how long.
- A gap. A device, a use case or a question we have not covered. We cannot promise to write it, but requests do decide what gets written next.
- The repair-or-replace tool. If a figure it produces looks wrong for a category, say which category and why — the service-life assumptions behind it are listed on the tool’s own page.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell, repair or service anything, and we cannot diagnose a fault in your particular device by email. For a device still in warranty, the manufacturer’s own support is faster than us and has information we do not. For a device out of warranty, an independent repair shop can tell you in ten minutes what would take us a week of correspondence to guess at.
Business enquiries
Use the same address, and please say in the first line what the enquiry is about — it reaches the same small inbox as the corrections.

Mail sent to us is used to answer you and nothing else. See the privacy policy for what the site itself collects.
